The bushes have just come out from a long resting period and they are full of vigour. The first flush teas are famous for its lively ‘bite’ and have an abundance of fresh flavour. This tea is a spirited embodiment of these qualities. The infusion has a greenish leaf appearance and the tea tastes fresh and mellow. It can be well-defined as clean with a delicate crispness. It has a lingering and delightful aftertaste.
