Q Factor: Pepper Jack Cheese is handmade and sourced from fresh milk out of Curemonte's own farm. This cheese is made using 100% vegetarian rennet without any preservatives or artificial flavours.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, Culture, and Iodized Salt.

Ageing: 12 weeks. 

Texture: Semi-hard.

Taste: Hot, and creamy.

Best Served With: The Antipasto style party platter may contain cheese, olives, pate, dips, crackers, cured meats, pickled vegetables.
