Product details: Clouds In My Coffee works best black, brilliantly as an espresso, or with a spot of milk / cream.
Q Factor: This specialty coffee is created by sending some of our finest Arabic beans on a 2-3 month vacation to coastal karnataka! The beans are stored in large shipping containers, partially exposed to humid and salty sea air where they are left to absorb moisture and develop a truly unique character. This process is essentially a recreation of a British-era shipping misadventure, where a shipful of coffee beans got over exposed to sea air. Initially discarded, and then accidentally discovered, these beans were all the rage in London for their very unique character and cupping notes.
Type of Roast:
Best way to use: Choose Whole beans if you have your own grinder at home. Grind as you go along. The Fine grind works for espresso machines, moka pots. Medium grind works well with electric filters, South-Indian filters (steel / brass), the Aeropress, and espresso machines with lower pressure extraction. The Coarse grind works for brewing using a French Press.
Shelf life: Best before 3 months from date of packaging
Once opened: Best before 3 months from date of packaging
Storage and handling instruction: Refrigeration required or not/can be kept at room temperature etc.
