2. Tea Cake:

Espresso Banana Tea Cake: A shot of espresso makes this banana bread sublime and perfect for adults who are dealing with the midday slump. Sometimes it's good to be a grown up!

Ingredients: Banana, espresso, walnuts, all purpose flour, sugar, brown sugar, buttermilk, olive oil, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.

Storage: Keeps well for a week when tightly covered in plastic wrap and stored in the fridge.

3. Granola:

Cranberry Pistachio Granola (2 pieces): This wholesome blend is a natural mix of oats, pistachio, pumpkin, flax and sesame seeds paired with dried cranberries and warm spices. Locally sourced organic honey is used to sweeten our granola, making this a healthy indulgence. Wonderful as a morning cereal, spooned on top of yogurt, or simply as a snack.

Storage: Keeps well for 3 months when stored in an airtight jar/bag in a cool, dry place.
